Proposed pricing and support.
A free path is useful for dogfooding and low-risk adoption, but a free reverse-proxy tier must have hard request and hostname limits so abuse or unexpected origin traffic does not become Yabby’s bill.
Free tier
Proposed, not final pricing.
- One hostname; up to 25,000 qualifying HTML navigations per month.
- 30-day aggregate retention, public privacy-safe dashboard, platform signals, and 404/redirect/latency rollups.
- No appearance experiments, no custom retention, and best-effort community/email support.
- Hard limit or pause at the cap; no surprise overage billing.
30-day free trial
Proposed, not final pricing.
- One hostname; up to 250,000 qualifying HTML navigations during the trial.
- Access-protected analytics and experiment reports, one lab experiment, and onboarding assistance.
- No automatic paid conversion without an explicit plan choice.
- Trial traffic remains subject to the same privacy and security boundaries.
Paid plan shape
| Plan | Illustrative scope | Support |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | One to three hostnames, up to 1M qualifying navigations/month, 30-day retention. | Email, one-business-day target; no contractual SLA until terms are signed. |
| Growth | Up to 10 hostnames, up to 10M qualifying navigations/month, experiments and coarse-device option. | Priority email, agreed support window and incident process. |
| Enterprise | Custom volume, retention, onboarding, DPA negotiation, security evidence, and support terms. | Custom commercial and response commitments. |
Ownership and support reality
- Yabby owns Worker code, aggregate storage, detectors, experiment validation, and patches within the agreed service.
- The customer owns DNS, origin authentication, WAF/CDN chain, application behaviour, legal notices, consent decisions, and customer-controlled rollback.
- No contractual 24/7 support is offered yet. A paid plan must state hours, targets, escalation, maintenance, and edge-provider dependency before production use.
- Cloudflare pass-through costs, high-volume origin transfer, and optional onboarding or security work must be priced explicitly.
